Description

The AWE Tuning Performance Intercooler Kit (ref. 4510-11040) is designed for the Audi A6 Quattro, Allroad Quattro, and S4 2.7T. The stock 2.7T intercoolers become a power handicap at high boost levels common on modified vehicles. The AWE kit uses a closely stacked bar and plate core to minimize pressure drops while maximizing heat transfer, surpassing Audi RS4 intercoolers in both flow rates and temperature drops. Lightweight carbon fiber shrouds provide 100% coverage of the core face with no air escape gaps. Cast end tanks ensure maximum flow, and each intercooler is pressure-tested before shipping. Fits US-spec S4 with no cutting; A6 and Allroad models require minimal bumper trimming. For racing use only.
