Description

The Hellwig LP-15 helper spring kit (p/n 815) is designed for compact and mid-size pickup trucks. Manufactured with heat-treated ASTM 5160 alloy spring steel at Hellwig's California facility, it increases the vehicle's level load-carrying capacity up to the manufacturer's Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (1,500 lb). The kit comes complete with powder-coated and plated components, spring leaves, heavy-duty hardware, and installation instructions. Bolt-on installation using common hand tools. The included heavy-duty U-bolts allow fine-tuning of the suspension to suit changing load requirements. Compatible with multiple makes and models (See Application Section). Limited lifetime warranty.
