Description

The Hellwig EZ-990 Helper Spring Kit (p/n 982) is designed for the Dodge Ram 1500 in 2WD and 4WD configurations (except Mega Cab). Manufactured with heat-treated ASTM 5160 alloy spring steel at Hellwig's California facility, it provides up to 2,000 lb of load assist (step bracket style). Variable-rate leaves do not affect ride quality when unloaded. The included heavy-duty U-bolts allow independent adjustment for uneven side-to-side loads. Complete bolt-on installation. Limited lifetime warranty.
