Description

The Hellwig 1252 EZ-1000 helper spring kit is engineered for the Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon in 4WD and RWD configurations. These medium-duty helper springs offer a load carrying capacity of up to 1,000 lb., making them ideally suited for light towing and hauling. Manufactured with heat-treated ASTM 5160 alloy spring steel at Hellwig’s California facility, they come with heavy-duty Silver Hammertone powder-coated and plated components, hardware, and installation instructions. The simple bolt-on design using common hand tools makes installation easy. Fully adjustable via the included heavy-duty U-bolts, they can be tuned independently for uneven side-to-side loads. Compatible with L4 2.5L, L4 2.8L Turbo Diesel, and V6 3.6L engines.
