The Hellwig 1902 Silent Support System special design helper spring kit is engineered for the Ford Excursion in 2WD and 4WD configurations. This underslung design mounts beneath the factory leaf pack to increase the level load capacity up to 2,000 lb. while providing ample clearance to the SUV body. Manufactured with heat-treated ASTM 5160 alloy spring steel at Hellwig’s California facility, this kit comes packaged complete with heavy-duty powder-coated and plated components, hardware, and installation instructions. The simple bolt-on installation using common hand tools makes for easy fitment and hassle-free use. Fully adjustable independently for uneven side-to-side loads, the kit delivers greater control and stability for towing and hauling. Includes Silent Support System Bushings for quiet operation.
