Fabtech – Basic Lift System with DLSS Shocks

Description

The Fabtech K1068DL Basic Lift System provides a 6 in. lift for Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 trucks equipped with factory aluminum suspension. This kit is the variant equipped with DLSS (Dirt Logic Stainless Steel) Shocks, featuring corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction and high-performance damping. The system utilizes Fabtech’s industry-leading crossmember and spindle technology. Front lift is accomplished using the factory coilover shocks with steel spacers that help retain the stock ride quality. The 1/4 in. thick steel lower control arm fits the frame without cutting or modification for fast installation. Extended-length steering knuckles were specifically designed for the aluminum component version, keeping track width near stock and working properly with StabiliTrak safety functions. The front differential is relocated with heavy-duty brackets while a 1/4 in. thick steel skid plate provides off-road protection. Rear suspension is upgraded with add-a-leafs, 5 in. tall blocks and U-bolts. Compatible with both 4WD and RWD configurations.
