The Fabtech K1083M Basic Lift System GEN II provides a 6 in. lift for Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 trucks equipped with factory steel suspension. This kit is the variant equipped with Stealth Monotube Shocks, offering superior damping technology with a monotube design that dissipates heat more efficiently than a conventional twin-tube shock absorber, improving performance both on- and off-road. This GEN II drop bracket system is designed for the budget-minded enthusiast as an alternative to the Radius Arm and 4-Link systems. The kit utilizes the stock radius arm and includes a Trac Bar relocation bracket, Pitman Arm, sway bar drop brackets, add-a-leaf springs with rear blocks, and a U-bolt kit. The GEN II designation reflects second-generation improvements for optimized installation. Compatible with both 4WD and RWD configurations.
