Description

The Dynomax Ultra-Flo Welded Muffler (17223) is designed for the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 with V6 4.3L and V8 4.8L/5.3L engines. Unlike oval-body variants, this muffler features a round body measuring 6 inches in diameter and 16 inches in length, for an overall length of 21 inches. Built from 409 stainless steel with 100% welded construction for lifelong durability, its straight-through unrestricted design is dyno proven to flow up to 2,000 SCFM and support up to 2,000 horsepower. The exclusive CRF (Continuous Roving Fiberglass) technology absorbs unwanted interior resonance while maintaining a deep performance exhaust tone. Features a 3.0-inch center inlet and center outlet with a reversible body for flexible installation. Reduces back pressure for improved engine efficiency. Proudly manufactured in the USA.
