Description

The Mishimoto MMBCC-K2-14 is a direct-fit baffled oil catch can kit for Cadillac, Chevrolet, and GMC vehicles equipped with the V8 5.3L or 6.2L direct-injection engines. These engines are prone to carbon buildup on the intake valves caused by blow-by. This kit diverts blow-by away from the intake and captures it inside the catch can using air turbulators and baffles that separate fuel, oil, and water vapors from crankcase gases. A sintered bronze filter removes residual carbon to ensure only clean air returns to the intake. By keeping blow-by out of the oil pan, the kit preserves oil effectiveness and reduces engine wear. Complete bolt-on kit, backed by the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.
