The CTS Turbo Catch Can Kit (part# CTS-CC-MK5FSI) is the premier PCV oil vapor recovery solution specifically developed for the Volkswagen Golf GTI MK5, Jetta GLI MK5, and Passat B6 equipped with the 2.0T FSI (TFSI) engine. On direct-injection engines, oil vapors from the PCV system can enter the intake manifold and deposit on intake valves, causing reduced performance, poor fuel economy, and potential damage to delicate intake flaps and engine internals. This kit includes a CNC machined billet aluminum valve cover breather, a billet aluminum catch can with billet oil-level dipstick, -10 AN Black-Series braided hoses, an oil catch can mounting bracket, a modular intake manifold plug, and a hose-wrangler clamp. Installation is completely bolt-on with no drilling or permanent vehicle modifications required. All hardware is included along with a new rear PCV O-ring. Note: monitor catch can fluid level during winter months as freezing temperatures can cause damage — consider removing the unit when temperatures drop below freezing.
