Description

The Mishimoto Thermostatic Oil Cooler Kit (MMOC-MUS8-18TBK) in stealth black is engineered for the Ford Mustang GT S550. The bar-and-plate heat exchanger was designed from the ground up and mounts in the upper grille, leaving room for supercharger heat exchangers. An application-specific mounting bracket also serves as a diversion panel to further improve airflow through the cooler. The kit includes direct-fit stainless steel braided lines with -10AN fittings and a replacement lower radiator hose to bypass the factory fluid-based oil cooler. The thermostatic sandwich plate protects against overcooling. Difficulty: 4/5. Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty included.
