Description

The Banks Power Derringer with iDash 1.8 DataMonster is an OBD-II diesel tuner designed for the Ram 1500, Ram 1500 Classic, Jeep Gladiator, and Wrangler JL equipped with the V6 3.0L EcoDiesel engine. Dyno-calibrated, it uses multiple data inputs (throttle position, RPM, vehicle speed, AFR, knock, coolant temperature, EGT) to optimize calibrations in real time via OBD-II connectivity. It offers 6 power levels adjustable on-the-fly via the iDash DataMonster, generating up to +57 hp and +73 lb-ft. The ActiveSafety circuit monitors the system 100 times per second and instantly bypasses on any anomaly. The included SD card stores hundreds of hours of datalogs. Derringer firmware updates via iDash. Simple plug-and-play bolt-on installation with no reflash or traces in the ECM.
