Description

The MB018X from ACT is an Xtreme pressure plate that uses an exclusive diaphragm design to increase clamp load by 50 to 120 percent, reduce deflection, and maximize clutch life. All diaphragms endure a four-stage heat-treating process for unparalleled performance. Precision cover stampings ensure rigidity and consistency. This pressure plate is recommended for use with a street or race disc. Compatible with the Monoloc system, a one-piece direct replacement for the standard two-piece wedge collar and wire ring in pull-type clutches. The Monoloc provides uniform loading on the bearing and pressure plate to assure proper alignment regardless of driver influence or vehicle modifications. Its hardened chrome-moly steel construction ensures years of service. Designed for the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 2.0L.
