The CTS Turbo Lightweight Crank Pulley Kit (part# CTS-HW-0091) is specifically designed for the Volkswagen Golf R32 MK5 with the 3.2L V6 engine. The heavy factory OEM crank pulley generates parasitic drag on the engine, reducing available wheel power and slowing engine response. This CTS Turbo lightweight pulley eliminates that drag, resulting in faster revving and power gains of 5 to 7 HP. Machined from T6 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum and hard anodized to minimize wear and ensure long service life, this pulley is proudly designed and manufactured in Canada. The complete kit includes the lightened crank pulley, a replacement bolt, and a shorter belt for a direct bolt-on installation.
