Description

The CTS Turbo 180mm Crank Pulley Upgrade Kit (CTS-HW-266-180) is designed for the supercharged 3.0T FSI V6 engine found in Audi A6, A7, Q5, S4, S5, and SQ5 vehicles. Made in-house at CTS Turbo in Canada, this pulley is precision CNC machined from high-quality billet T6061 aluminum. Larger in diameter than stock (180mm), it replaces the factory two-piece pulley design and reduces the rotational mass of the crankshaft, freeing up horsepower. The larger diameter pulley increases the supercharger's spin speed and boost output which, combined with a Stage 2+ ECU tune, results in a significant increase in horsepower and torque throughout the entire powerband. The anodized black finish ensures long-lasting durability and an OEM-like appearance. OEM-spec honing and tolerances are maintained. The kit includes the pulley, 8 Grade 12.9 bolts, and a Bando crankshaft belt made in the USA. Stage 2+ tune required (not included).
