The Rancho RS5000X Loaded assembly (RS551804) is a complete solution for the Ford F-150. It restores factory ride height and delivers improved on- and off-road handling through exclusive Cross Tuned technology. The assembly includes the upper mounting plate, eliminating the need for a spring compressor. Nitrogen charged to 60 PSI, it reduces damping performance fade. Fits Ford F-150 4WD (see Application Section).
