The Rancho RS5000X Loaded assembly (RS551847) is engineered for the Ram 1500 (body DT) with front coil spring. It restores factory ride height and delivers improved on- and off-road handling through exclusive Cross Tuned technology. This complete assembly includes the upper mounting plate and is nitrogen charged to 60 PSI to reduce damping performance fade. Fits Ram 1500 various trims (see Application Section).
