The Bilstein B4 OE front left strut assembly (22-197672) is specifically engineered to replace the original strut on the BMW X3 and X4 while meeting or exceeding OEM standards. Featuring Bilstein's proven Twintube technology and OE-matched valve design, this replacement delivers consistent damping characteristics under any load. The fixed spring seat is included and the base cup lower mount ensures a direct fit. Compatible with standard suspension only — not for vehicles with electronic suspension.
