The Bilstein B6 4600 rear shock absorber (24-184854) is designed as a direct-fit upgrade to OE shock absorbers on stock height light trucks. The 46mm monotube design provides consistent fade-free performance. The unique velocity-sensitive digressive piston reacts to changing road conditions. Tuned specifically for each application, it offers a significant improvement in ride quality, handling, and comfort. Compatible with Dodge/Ram 1500, 2500, and 3500 RWD. (See Application Section)
