The Bilstein B6 4600 rear shock absorber (part# 24-187459) is designed as a direct OEM replacement for the Ford F-150 Lightning and F-150 Heritage SVT Lightning at stock height. The 46mm monotube design with a velocity-sensitive digressive piston delivers consistent, fade-free performance with improved ride quality, handling, and comfort. Compatible with V6 4.2L, V8 4.6L, V8 5.4L, and V8 5.4L Supercharged engines. Bolt-on installation. (See Application Section)
