Description

The FOX Performance Series 2.5 Smooth Body IFP HTO Shock (ref. 987-24-000) is engineered for the Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty in 4WD configuration. Race-proven damping technology delivers superior on-road comfort and predictable off-road handling in even the most demanding conditions. The Hydraulic Top Out (HTO) piston protects the suspension from extreme impacts at full extension. The 2.5 in 6061-T6 impact-extruded aluminum body provides lightweight durability and corrosion resistance, while the 5/8 in hard chrome shaft ensures long-term reliability. The Internal Floating Piston (IFP) eliminates cavitation for consistent hydraulic response. Accommodating 0 to 1.5 in of lift. Fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
