Description

The FOX Performance Series 2.5 Smooth Body IFP HTO Rear Shock (ref. 987-24-001) is engineered for the Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty in 4WD configuration. This rear shock uses FOX's race-proven damping technology to deliver superior on-road comfort and predictable off-road handling. The Hydraulic Top Out (HTO) piston protects the suspension from extreme impacts at full extension. The 2.5 in 6061-T6 impact-extruded aluminum body provides lightweight durability and corrosion resistance. The 5/8 in hard chrome shaft and Internal Floating Piston (IFP) ensure long-term reliability and consistent hydraulic response. Accommodating 0 to 1.5 in of lift. Fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
