The Bilstein B8 24-229937 rear shock absorber is specifically designed for lowered suspension applications. It fits Audi A3, S3, TT Quattro, TTS Quattro, and TT RS Quattro, as well as Volkswagen Arteon, Golf, Golf GTI, Golf R, and Golf SportWagen models equipped with L4 1.4L to 2.0L Turbo and L5 2.5L Turbo engines. Some configurations require Sedan body style, independent rear suspension, or the absence of electronic suspension. Built by Bilstein to OEM quality standards, this shortened monotube gas shock is optimized to work with lowering springs, maintaining proper spring tension for a sporty and dynamic driving experience. Recommended for lowered vehicles only.
