The BILSTEIN B8 35-118237 front shock absorber is specifically designed for Porsche 911 Carrera vehicles with body code 997, equipped with lowered suspensions. Compatible with H6 3.4L, 3.6L, and 3.8L engines, this high-performance front shock uses Bilstein's monotube gas pressure technology to deliver the sporty and dynamic handling characteristic of the 911. Specially shortened to maintain lowering spring tension, it ensures optimal stability and vehicle dynamics. Manufactured to Porsche OEM quality standards, each unit is tested and calibrated for the specific application. Note: the 2012 H6 3.4L model and certain 2005 and 2012 models require body code 997 (see table). Bolt-on installation requires no modifications.
