RS55229) is designed for Ford Explorer, Explorer Sport, Explorer Sport Trac, Ranger, Mazda B-Series and Mercury Mountaineer at stock height (0 in. lift/drop). Featuring a unique, exclusive valving system and advanced compression functionality, this shock delivers improved overall on- and off-road handling and performance. With an extended length of 18.25 in., collapsed length of 13.720 in. and stroke of 4.53 in., it is a robust direct replacement. Note that Ford Ranger and Mazda B-Series require a front torsion bar.
