The Bilstein B6 4600 (ref. 24-186063) is the front off-road shock designed for Dodge Ram 1500, Ram 2500, and Ram 3500 in 2WD Mega Cab configuration without solid front axle. Manufactured by Bilstein to OE quality standards, this monotube gas-pressure shock delivers better vehicle control off-road and on-road without requiring a spring change. Precise adjustments increase the suspension's carrying capacity and reduce uncontrolled movement on light trucks. Digressive valving instantly reacts to changing road conditions for maximum comfort and control.
