The Bilstein B8 5100 (ref. 24-293105) is the rear off-road shock designed for Jeep Wrangler TJ equipped with 2.4L, 2.5L, and 4.0L engines. The Bilstein B8 5100 series is perfect for lifted SUVs used off-road. Due to their larger tires and heightened stance, these vehicles place extra demands on a shock absorber's damping ability. The 46mm monotube design and patented digressive valving of the B8 5100 are uniquely suited to meet these demands. On or off-road, loaded or unloaded, the B8 5100 instantly reacts to changing road inputs to maintain a stable, controlled, and comfortable ride. Zinc plated for resistance against harsh elements.
