Borgeson U-joints are machined in-house on state-of-the-art CNC equipment from solid billet stainless steel. Ongoing engineering and testing ensures our components meet or exceed current automotive production vehicle requirements. This single steering universal joint in polished stainless steel (3/4DD X 17MM DD) can be combined with other Borgeson components to mate parts from many different manufacturers, operating at angles up to 35°. Staked needle bearing caps prevent loosening and adjustment malfunction, ensuring long-term reliability.
