The Hellwig 7738 Rear Sway Bar Kit is engineered for the Dodge/Ram 2500 equipped with V8 5.7L, V8 6.4L or L6 6.7L Turbo Diesel engines, in 2WD or 4WD configuration, at stock rear ride height. Also compatible with 2023 models equipped with factory air suspension. Hellwig sway bars feature larger-than-stock diameters, crafted from high-quality 4140 chrome moly spring steel with high-tech polyurethane bushings. The bolt-on installation effectively reduces body roll and greatly improves cornering traction, even under heavy load or towing conditions.
