The Hellwig 7842 Rear Sway Bar Kit is engineered for Ford Ranger L4 2.3L Turbo trucks in 2WD and 4WD with 2 to 4 inches of lift. Featuring a 0.875 in. adjustable-length bar made from 4140 chrome moly spring steel with a Silver Hammer Tone finish, it reduces body roll, improves cornering traction, and stabilizes the vehicle during off-road and everyday driving. Included high-tech polyurethane bushings and hardware enable a quick bolt-on installation with no vehicle modifications required. Specifically designed for lifted Ranger applications.
