Description

The APR Roll-Control Front Sway Bar is engineered for AWD MQB and MQB EVO platforms on Audi and Volkswagen vehicles. Manufactured from high-tensile strength steel as a single CNC-bent piece with no welds, the 28mm diameter hollow bar with 4.5mm wall thickness significantly reduces body roll during cornering while maintaining daily driving comfort. The hollow design reduces mass without compromising stiffness. Bar ends are forge-pressed and quench-hardened for maximum strength and durability. Two stiffness settings are available: soft (339 lbs/in) and stiff (388 lbs/in), representing increases of 65% to 88% over the factory MK7 R / 8Y RS3 bar, and 57% to 80% over the MK8 R bar. Polyurethane bushings and mounting hardware are included. A red anti-corrosive powder coat finish ensures longevity. Bolt-on installation with no modifications required.
