The AutoMeter American Muscle tachometer (part 1298) uses the patented air-core movement, capable of sweeping from 0 to 10,000 RPM in 333 milliseconds. Displays 0-8,000 RPM. Compatible with 1-4 ignition pulse signals (2-8 cylinder engines) including points, electronic, and most 12V high-performance racing ignitions. White LED through-the-dial lighting. Compatible with 12V and 16V systems. Mounting hardware and instructions included. Not vehicle specific.
