Description

The AutoMeter Tachometer (ref. 201004) in 4" size has set the standard in performance, accuracy, and durability since 1957. The patented Air Core meter movement, wound in-house to exacting standards, can move the needle from 0 to 10,000 RPM in 333 milliseconds. Built for a lifetime of service under the harshest conditions, this in-dash tachometer is compatible with 8-cylinder engines only (4 pulses per revolution). Compatible with both 12 and 16 volt electrical systems. Traditional incandescent lighting illuminates around the perimeter of the dial. The kit includes a bulb and socket assembly, red and green bulb covers, mounting hardware, and detailed installation instructions.
