AIRAID – Throttle Body Spacer

Description

The AIRAID Throttle Body Spacer (P/N 200-580) is designed to enhance off-idle torque from 800 rpm to approximately 3,000 rpm on Chevrolet Blazer, Silverado 1500, GMC S15 Jimmy, Sierra 1500, Sonoma and Oldsmobile Bravada (1996-2004). Compatible with L4 2.2L, V6 4.3L, L6 4.2L, V8 4.8L and V8 5.3L engines. The spacer utilizes its unique, patented Helix Bore design to spin the incoming air charge, boosting the velocity of the incoming air and contributing to better atomization of the air/fuel mixture. The end result is more part-throttle torque and improved mid-range power. Made from aircraft-quality billet 6061-T6 aluminum with red finish. 4-Barrel Open type. Installation requires no drilling and can be completed in less than one hour. CARB exempt (EO D-609).
