Description

The AIRAID Throttle Body Spacer (P/N 200-589) is designed to enhance off-idle torque from 800 rpm to approximately 3,000 rpm on the GMC Sonoma equipped with L4 2.2L and V6 4.3L engines (1999-2001). The spacer utilizes its unique, patented Helix Bore design to spin the incoming air charge, boosting the velocity of the incoming air and contributing to better atomization of the air/fuel mixture. The end result is more part-throttle torque and improved mid-range power. Made from aircraft-quality billet 6061-T6 aluminum with anodized red finish. 4-Barrel Open type. Installation requires no drilling and can be completed in less than one hour. CARB exempt (EO D-609).
