Description

The Holley Fast Idle Solenoid (46-74) is a universal throttle solenoid designed to hold engine RPM for vehicles equipped with air conditioning. Compatible with Holley carburetors Model 4150, 4160, 4165, and 4175. It is used with Holley mounting bracket P/N 20-9 (for Models 4150 and 4160) or P/N 20-47 (for Models 4165 and 4175). The Dashpot/Solenoid Bracket Mounting Nut P/N 26-57 is included. This component maintains idle stability when the A/C compressor engages, preventing undesirable RPM drops.
