CURT – Class 1 Trailer Hitch, 1-1/4in Receiver

Description

The CURT 11424 Class 1 trailer hitch is a vehicle-specific, custom-fit hitch for the Hyundai Elantra (1.4T, 1.6T, and 2.0L), featuring a 1-1/4in round-tube receiver for light-duty towing or hitch-mounted accessories. Tested to SAE J684 standards, it is rated at 2,000 lbs. gross trailer weight (GTW) and 200 lbs. tongue weight (TW). The exposed receiver is easily accessible, and the durable gloss black powder coat finish co-cured with a liquid A-coat primer provides lasting rust protection. Bolt-on installation requires no drilling but does require underbody panel trimming and temporarily lowering the exhaust; allow approximately 45 minutes. Vehicle must be equipped with factory recovery loop (see Note 1). All mounting hardware is included. Made in the USA (may include imported hardware).
