Description

The CURT Class 3 Trailer Hitch (part #13363) is engineered for a vehicle-specific fit on the Jeep Compass equipped with a L4 2.0L, 2.0L Turbo or L4 2.4L engine. Built from rugged high-strength steel with a concealed square main body, it provides a weight carrying capacity of 4,000 lbs. GTW and 600 lbs. TW. Installation requires hole enlargement, temporary removal of the heat shield and temporary lowering of the exhaust (hardware included). The hands-free liftgate sensor may require relocation. The co-cured gloss black powder coat and liquid A-coat finish provides superior resistance to rust, chipping and UV damage. Bolt-on installation takes approximately 45 minutes with no drilling required. Tested in accordance with SAE J684 safety standards.
