Description

The CURT Class 3 Trailer Hitch (Part #13496) is engineered specifically for the Volkswagen Taos with an L4 1.5L Turbo engine. It provides a weight-carrying capacity of 2,000 lbs. GTW and 200 lbs. tongue weight. The 2-inch square receiver tube is compatible with a wide range of towing accessories. The concealed main body integrates seamlessly with the vehicle's factory appearance. Built with high-strength steel and precision welds, the co-cured finish of gloss black powder coat and liquid A-coat provides superior resistance to rust, chipping, and UV damage. Bolt-on installation in approximately 60 minutes — no drilling required, all hardware included. Tested in accordance with SAE J684.
