Description

The CURT Class 4 Trailer Hitch (Part #14001) is engineered specifically for the Dodge / Ram 1500, 2500, and 3500 (see Application Section). It provides a weight-carrying capacity of 10,000 lbs. GTW and 1,000 lbs. tongue weight. Compatible with a weight distribution hitch for level towing at 12,000 lbs. WD and 1,200 lbs. WDTW. The 2-inch open-back receiver tube allows for easy cleaning. The concealed main body integrates seamlessly with the vehicle's factory appearance. Built with high-strength steel and precision welds, the co-cured finish of gloss black powder coat and liquid A-coat provides superior resistance to rust, chipping, and UV damage. Made in USA (may include imported hardware). Drilling required. Moderate installation in approximately 60 minutes, all hardware included. Tested in accordance with SAE J684. Note: Excludes Crew Cab Pickup; Ram 3500 excludes Cab & Chassis.
