Description

The CURT Class 4 Trailer Hitch (Part #14005) is engineered specifically for the Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD / 3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500 HD / 3500 HD with a V8 6.6L engine, excluding factory receiver models. It provides a weight-carrying capacity of 10,000 lbs. GTW and 1,000 lbs. tongue weight. Compatible with a weight distribution hitch at 12,000 lbs. WD and 1,200 lbs. WDTW for level towing. The 2-inch square receiver tube fits a wide range of towing accessories. Built with high-strength steel and precision welds, the co-cured finish of gloss black powder coat and liquid A-coat provides superior rust and UV protection. Made in USA (may include imported hardware). Easy installation in approximately 30 minutes — no drilling required, all hardware included. Tested in accordance with SAE J684. Note: Silverado/Sierra 3500 HD excludes factory receiver and Cab & Chassis models.
