Description

The CURT Xtra Duty Class 5 Trailer Hitch (Part #15572) is engineered specifically for the Ram 1500 and Ram 1500 Classic from 2009 to 2024, on models without a factory receiver (see Application section). It provides a weight-carrying capacity of 15,000 lbs. GTW and 1,500 lbs. tongue weight, with weight distribution compatibility (16,000 lbs. WD / 1,600 lbs. WDTW). The 2-inch receiver tube accepts a wide range of towing accessories. Built with high-strength steel, precision welds, and a co-cured carbide black powder coat and liquid A-coat finish resistant to rust and corrosion. Made in USA (may include imported hardware). Bolt-on installation in approximately 30 minutes — no drilling required. Tested in accordance with SAE J684.
