BD Diesel – 8L90 Transmission Cooler Bypass Delete

Description

Debris in the stock cooler bypass valve can jam the internal valve in recirculation mode, preventing transmission fluid from reaching the cooler. This causes rising transmission temperatures, potentially leading to overheating and premature failure. The BD Cooler Bypass Delete (SKU 1061531) eliminates this failure-prone component to ensure 100% fluid flow through the transmission cooler at all times, keeping transmission temperatures as low as possible. Compatible with 1/2" cooler lines. Installation includes all new required seals plus a magnetic service plug.
