Race Tested:

We have been running this upgraded gear set for the entire 2022 TC America race season with great reliability. Our TC racing car test mule is consistently producing 317hp, 355ft-lbs of torque thanks to our Skyactiv Turbo Kit and is wearing meaty Pirelli P-Zero Racing Slicks. We have confidence that these gears can handle the power output and forces produced by anything on the market today.

Materials and Design:

CorkSport’s upgraded gears are constructed of high-quality SAE 9310 Steel and Shot Peened for extra durability. Our gears remain helical and keep the factory gear ratios to ensure fitment into street-driven applications with OEM synchros, but are still able to utilize the added strength of the material upgrade.
