The AMP Research BedStep2 (Ref. 75404-01A) is a retractable side step that mounts just behind the cab of your Ram 1500, 2500 or 3500, forward of the rear wheel. It provides faster, easier and safer access to toolboxes, equipment and cargo in the truck bed. This frame-mounted step can be installed on either side and flips down or retracts with the nudge of a foot. Engineered to support loads up to 300 pounds, it features high-strength aluminum alloy components, precision stainless steel pivot pins and maintenance-free self-lubricating bushings for all-weather performance. Drilling is required.
