Description

The CTS Turbo Throttle Pipe (part# CTS-IT-600) is purpose-built for VW/Audi 2.0T TSI EA888.1 engines found in the Golf GTI MK5/MK6, Jetta GLI MK5/MK6, CC MK1, Beetle MK2, Passat B6, and Audi A3 8P / TT MK2. The factory OEM charge piping features inefficient bends and a restrictive inside diameter that limit airflow and reduce performance potential. This CTS Turbo throttle pipe increases the full inside diameter to 2.5" using mandrel-bent aluminum tubing, dramatically improving airflow between the intercooler and throttle body. The black powder coat finish provides a clean, durable, corrosion-resistant appearance. A CNC machined MAP flange, DV relocation/noise pipe bung, and an integrated water methanol bung compatible with Snow Performance kits are all included for a straightforward bolt-on installation with no modifications required. Four-ply silicone connectors and stainless steel clamps ensure a secure, leak-free connection throughout. Gain increased horsepower and torque across the full power band along with an aggressive, race-inspired intake sound.
