The 171702 is a staple to the performance industry! Introducing SX high-performance journal bearing turbochargers and supercores from BorgWarner's AirWerks series! AirWerks products utilize journal bearing systems with Inconel 713C turbine wheels which are a great match for performance gasoline and diesel engines.

This S400 SX is sized just right for single turbo applications making 500 HP to 1,050 HP or 1,000 HP to 2,100 HP in twin turbo configurations (gas engines)! The SX series offers great value and performance without sacrificing quality!

Important Notes

• Turbine housings are sold separately and above requires external wastegate which are not included.
• Need to make a repair? View core assemblies, just the cartridge, which can be purchased for quick repairs.  This is the best method to make a repair as they come pre-balanced with new wheels which avoids the need for special rebuild tools (check that your end-housings are reusable).
