aFe POWER – Charge Pipes (Intercooler)

Description

The aFe POWER BladeRunner charge pipe kit (p/n 46-20054-B) replaces the restrictive factory charge pipes on GM Duramax diesel trucks V8-6.6L (LBZ/LMM). The mandrel-bent aluminum tubes feature smooth transitions that reduce turbulence and pressure loss, increasing horsepower and torque for lower operating temperatures. The TIG-welded tubes include the hot side (3") and cold side (3-1/2"). The kit includes factory style billet aluminum quick-connect adapters with o-ring seals, premium stainless-steel spring-loaded T-bolt clamps, and 5-ply polyester reinforced silicone couplings. 1/8" NPT ports are provided for connecting sensors or water-methanol injection. The wrinkle black powder coat finish with a laser-etched aFe POWER logo provides heat and corrosion resistance. Compatible with stock radiator and OE replacement radiators only.
