CTS Turbo – BMW N20 Atmospheric BOV Kit

Description

The CTS Turbo atmospheric BOV kit (part# CTS-BV-0015) is designed specifically for BMW N20 engines. This T6061 billet aluminum BOV replaces the factory plastic unit which is prone to failure from torn diaphragms, cracked plastic, and electrical malfunctions. The fully serviceable piston design ensures long life, easy installation, and greatly improved reliability over the OEM unit. Fully compatible with all factory electronics — will not cause any check engine lights. The compact design (slightly shorter than the stock unit) fits easily even in the tight N20 engine bay. Installation does not require removal of the factory turbocharger and takes approximately 60–120 minutes depending on installer experience. Note: if your vehicle has an electric wastegate, a boost tap is required. The OE recirculation valve wiring harness requires a minor modification to connect to the solenoid.
