ACT – HD/Perf Street Sprung Clutch Kit

Description

The BM17-HDSS kit from ACT (Advanced Clutch Technology) features the brand's most popular Heavy Duty pressure plate and most popular Sprung street disc. ACT Heavy Duty pressure plates use an exclusive diaphragm design to increase clamp load, reduce deflection, and maximize clutch life. All diaphragms endure a four-stage heat-treating process for unparalleled performance. Performance Street discs feature premium organic materials with high copper content for better heat transfer and steel-backed lining for greater burst strength and durability. Reduced marcel provides faster shift action. Compatible with BMW 3-series, 5-series and Z3 with manual transmission. Conversion kit – must be used with ACT flywheel 601011 or 601016 (not included).
